Review: Canyon Bakehouse

Ha Ha. FOOLED YOU!!
It's Canyon Bakehouse! But it looks like regular bread, doesn't it?? It feels like real bread too. The texture of this bread is more "normal" than any other gluten free bread that I've ever tried. So, how does it taste? Well, I hate to admit this, but I was disappointed. It smells and tastes like gluten free bread. I am not sure what flour/starch it is that causes this distinct smell but this bread definitely has it. Udi's does not. But seriously, a tiny tweak and this bread would be out of this world amazing. Have you tried it? What do you think??

I think this bread is GREAT. It's weird though, I haven't been able to find it since the first time I got it, and I noticed that my second bag if this 7 grain was not as good as the first.
Their Focaccia is GREAT - definitely try that!
Allie, It might just be me, there's something in this bread that I do not like the smell or taste of and I've found the same taste/smell in other products. I have not been able to connect the dots yet to figure out what it is but if I do I'll let you know. And I will try the focaccia!!!!
Do yourself a favor and try out their bread. Best gluten free products in the world.
